Return Policy

As a very small local business painstakingly hand creating high-end one of a kind pieces of wearable art using delicate luxurious materials we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.  Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If you are unsure about the sizing, email us at meleokokio@gmail.com prior to placing your order and we will provide you with all the detailed garment measurements. 

Shipping

*Standard shipping within the USA is $20.

Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. 

All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created.  It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your items are in possession of the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim if problems arise during their possession of the item.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
